A few weeks ago, Sony Electronics and Sony PlayStation brought a new experience to digital cinema theaters featuring 4K technology- Gaming on the big screen with a preview of Uncharted 2. The response was tremendous so this Thursday, we're bringing you another in-theater experience, this time for music lovers. We're featuring an unreleased concert from multi platinum recording artist Third Eye Blind to be shown at select digital cinema theaters across the country.
This one-night-only event will showcase Third Eye Blind's pre-recorded concert from The Crash Mansion in New York City. The show was shot in HD and mixed to 5.1 surround sound so the experience will sound and look great in theaters. Click here to find a theater near you.
Although we're only showing this concert for one night, this will be the first of many concerts to come in a new series called "Sony Club Dates". We know not everyone can see their favorite band in concert, so we want to provide music fans exclusive sets from some of the hottest bands around, in theatres for everyone to experience.
